The gap we can’t ignore

Across the world, women carry the weight of their families and communities, yet many are denied education, overlooked in leadership, or told their voices don’t matter. Without access to tools, training, or encouragement, their God-given potential stays buried. And when women are held back, half the Body of Christ is missing from the mission.

A different kind of training

EquipHer isn’t another conference or classroom. It’s a movement of women discipling women - holistic, biblical, and reproducible.

We’re not about adding more programs, but unleashing women who will multiply disciples in ways only they can.

Here, and around the world

The impact of EquipHer isn’t confined to one place, it’s unfolding on both sides of the ocean.

In rural villages and bustling cities overseas, women are being trained to lead discovery groups, teach health education, and disciple others in their faith. At the same time, churches here in the U.S. are engaging the same principles, equipping women in their own congregations to live on mission where they already are.

Whether it’s Kenya or Kentucky, Peru or Pennsylvania, EquipHer is bridging the gap between the global mission field and our own neighborhoods, reminding us that the call to make disciples has no borders.
