Project: Bible Translation House

✓ Bringing God’s Word into the Nomatsigenga’s heart language

✓ Equipping an unreached people group for discipleship

✓ Laying foundations for a multiplying church movement

THE NEED

A People Without God’s Word

The Nomatsigenga people of Peru have never had the Old Testament in their own language. Without Scripture they can fully understand, discipleship is limited, teaching is shallow, and new believers struggle to grasp the whole story of God’s redemption. For this unreached people group, the absence of God’s Word in their heart language has kept the gospel from taking deep root.

THE APPROACH

A House for Translation, A Future for Faith

In October 2025, a dedicated Bible Translation House will open in Chuquibambilla. This hub will serve as the launching pad for translators, pastors, and disciple-makers to complete the Old Testament in the Nomatsigenga language. It’s more than bricks and mortar - it’s the foundation for a movement of disciples who can finally read, teach, and live out God’s Word in the language of their hearts.

THE DIFFERENCE

From Unreached to Equipped

Once this work is complete, the Nomatsigenga will hold the full story of God’s covenant, promises, and redemption in their hands for the first time. Leaders will be able to preach with depth, families will study the Word together, and discipleship will multiply on a foundation that has been missing for generations.

THE INVITATION

Help Place God’s Word in Their Hands

This project is about more than translation, it’s about transformation. By giving, you are helping complete the Old Testament for the Nomatsigenga and empowering leaders to disciple their own people with the full counsel of Scripture. Together, we can do whatever it takes to ensure that the gospel is not only heard, but understood.
