You’ve said yes to GO, now let’s get you ready!

Register for your trip, complete the necessary steps, and prepare for the adventure of joining what God is doing around the world.

What happens next?

We’re so glad you’ve answered the call to go. Below you’ll find everything you need to complete your registration and prepare for your trip. Each step matters - both for logistics and for making sure your experience is safe, smooth, and spiritually meaningful.

Step 1

Register in Managed Missions

Every participant must register using our mission trip management system.

You’ll create a username and password, which you’ll use throughout the process for everything related to your trip - including uploading forms, tracking support, and making payments.

Keep your login handy - it’s your trip hub.

Upload Your Passport

You’ll need to upload a copy of your passport once you register.

If you don’t yet have one, or if it expires within six months of your trip, apply now.

You can still register without it, but we’ll need it before we can book your flights.

Complete Your Background Check

For everyone’s safety, GO InterNational requires a background check for all participants. Once registered, you’ll receive an email from CheckR (our secure background check partner).

Please complete this within 7 days of registration.

(Note: Minors under 18 are not required to complete this step.)

Watch for Reminder Emails

Throughout your preparation process, you’ll receive reminders with key action items and deadlines. Please complete each task promptly. This helps our team coordinate flights, logistics, and ministry plans.

Finances

Raising support for your trip is both a faith-building and practical journey.

Trip costs are divided into two parts: trip cost + airfare.

Airfare is estimated until flights are booked (usually 60 days before your trip).

You’ll receive reminder emails when portions of your funding are due - at 90, 60, and 30 days before departure, with one-third (33%) due each time.

Trust that God already knows how He will provide for your trip - you’re not fundraising alone.

Registration Deposit

A $250 registration deposit is required to hold your spot on the team and will be applied toward your total trip cost.
